The pretty picture they paint for their future clients is not what they actually do. The management staff lies to you to tell you what you want to hear. Once they get your loved one as a resident than they treat the family like lepers! Do not place your loved one at Stonebridge - they will bleed you dry and treat the one you love like a prisoner!

Terrible Facility

My Dad was at this place. It was horrible. He wasn't eating so they just did nothing, including not telling me or any of his family. He lost about 25 LBs in a couple of months and ended up in the hospital.Then they called me asking if he would be back after being in the hospital and didn't tell me they were having a Norovirus outbreak. Luckily, I found out on my own from a caregiver at the facilty.DO NOT put your family member here.
