Hate it.. My mother and I had taken our dog Denali there for Doggie Day Care since he was a puppy and had no problems.. Until I took my new puppy there. It was his second time there... Picked him up everything seemed fine the girls working acted normal.. Until i got home and went to play with my puppy and touched his ear and it was FULL OF BLOOD!! I too pictures of it and called them immediately to find out what had happened.. Yes i understand that dogs play hard and sometimes they can get hurt.. I told them that in the voice mail i left for them to cal me back. When they called back in to morning they didn't even have enough respect to leave me a message when i missed the call.. So when i called them again a girl answered and i explained to her what was going on and i told her i would be coming there with Pictures of his bloody ear.. When i go there two girls were behind the counter.. i explained to them why i was there and that i left them a message and that my dog was just in day care here.. the main girl i was talking to seemed to have "NO IDEA" what i was talking about until i started to get angry.. This is what REALLY MAKES ME MAD............ I told the girl that I understand that things like this happen but I don't understand why i wasn't informed about it.. The girl first told me she wasn't the once working in the day car area at the time.. then the more we spoke about it she "REMEMBERED" She was in there and she also remembered that "an Older black lab" went after my puppy a few times.. I then asked her WHY didn't she do something before they got into an altercation? The girl said i don't know... then she "REMEMBERED THAT SHE WAS PICKING UP DOG POOP AND HEARD A DOG CRY" Which happened to be my dog because he got attacked... She claimed she looked my puppy over but MAGICALLY "FORGOT HIS EARS".... She then tried to change the subject by trying to blame MY DOG! She said that my dog is "TO PLAYFUL LIKE A PUPPY" I told her that he is a puppy he was only 7 months!! I had to take my dog to the vet where i spent $65.00 and he had to take meds for 2 WEEKS! They would NOT pay the bill even though their "EMPLOYEE DID NOT DO HER JOB!!!" They lost 10 customers because of this and a VERY GOOD PLACE for recommendations! I will NOT be bringing my dog there anymore.. I will and have been informing everyone of this problem! Teach your staff before they run your business into the ground!

As the owner of Stonebridge Kennels I would like to respond to Becca's review. We DO NOT board dogs in small crates. There are two instances where a dog may be placed in a crate. 1.) The owner brings their dog's crate and requests that it be allowed to use it during boarding as they are more secure and comfortable in there. 2.) The dogs are in there while waiting for a dog that is currently in the kennel that they will be placed in to be discharged. In that instance, the dog may be in the crate for a couple of hours. These dogs are not placed in crates and forgotten about as you make it seem. I would be happy to speak to you in person regarding this issue. I would appreciate you having the facts before writing a scathing review. How can you be dissatisfied with the way we run the business when you don't know how we operate it?
My wife and I had been taking our dog here for daycare for several months. We usually took her 2-3 times per week and most everything was going good, aside from picking up some bad habits from...
