that person is crazy do not listen!! they have amazing service and a great friendly staff i had the best experience of my life at this place. my kitchen is now beautiful thanks to Stone West. i highly recommend stone west to any person of any age who is looking for stone or granite. AMAZING! <3 <3

RUDE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE- NEVER SHOP HERE!

The people that work at Stone West are rude! We were treated like dirt. When we went to look at granite slabs for our kitchen remodel we spent an hour trying to get someone to help us. Once we found a slab we liked we were insulted by the salesperson when he said, ""Its reeeallly expensive."" Don't tell me that something is expensive when you havent told me the price. You dont know how much money I have in my account! Anyway the slab was $2200. (Not expensive in my book!) We feel we were judged based on our appearance because we happen to be younger (in our 20s).
