Help us make it rightI was not only forced into an appraisal by this gentleman but you would at least think he would show some form of empathy in doing so. This man also took advantage of the situation by adding on ridiculous costs such as travel fees (he was minutes from the property). Mind you these fees he added were a result of poor communications. At the end of the day, it was what it was. At the end of the day, I would not recommend this company.
Called to possibly have my property appraised. Talked to Mr. Stone and asked if he can appraise my home. He was quick to answer with one or two word responses and seemed too busy at that moment to talk. Not informative and I felt as if I was trying to pull information from him. Poor communication and thus, poor customer service. No "thank you" before hanging up, just "ok" response.
