Not long ago this facility was nearly tolerable. Though they describe it as "apartment style" the reality is that there are four beds to a room with no amenities.

A few months ago Directorship changed and the few good things all vanished. This is more a minimum security prison where countless arbitrary and ever changing rules matter far more than the residents.
