I have used the services of a locksmith many times. This company is the first company that really seemed to get it right. We have used them two times now. The first time was to unlock our car. We had called two other locksmiths that day and had waited over 3 hours and no one had showed! Our neighbor happened to see our frustration and suggested we call steves lock and key as he had used them several times in the past with excellent results. We called steves and a locksmith arrived promptly and he was even able to open my car in less than 3 minutes. Other locksmiths have taken as long as 30 minutes to open the same vehicle. The nice thing is the locksmith even explained to me everything he was doing, as if he really cared about the protection of my car and my understanding of the procedure. I was extremely impressed with this good service. The second time we used steves was to change the keys on some locks at my business. Once again they showed up right on time, and gave us an extremely fair price. I would have to say the best part of this job was the end. The locksmith walked me around, so I could test every lock. He wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied before we paid him. I think everyone should know about this company. No more will I just try out locksmiths.
