Guy who works there is completely rude even to his own worker the woman at the front desk you guys lost my business for your bullshit attitude

Very polite and kind.. I'm not a car guru and it's quite obvious, but these guys did not jump on me like other mechanics would.. The man quoted me $255 to fix tie rods on both axels of my car...

I've brought my car to Steve's twice. Both times the service was professional and I was only provided the services that my car actually needed (ie. honest). Overall, a much better experience than most auto repair places I've been to.
