Steve helped us buy our first home, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very good at negotiating. He was very easy to work with, we only viewed one house, and they accepted our offer the same day, even though FOUR other people put in an offer on it. He knew the selling realtor and seemed to have lots of connections. I am very happy with my purchase and with Steve.

Steve was patient, understanding, and knowledgable. He helped us determine updates that would provide return on the investment and find contractors to quickly in inexpensively complete those updates. Steve also informed us regarding how the market changes through different times of the year. The better understanding of the process and timelines provided us with increased peace of mind.

We had Steve sell our house in Rockford, Mn. Steve is very good at negotiations we sold our house in two days very pleased with all He did for us I would recommend Steve very highly.
