I have eaten dinner several times at Sterling's over the years and it has always been outstanding. Recently, I found myself in town while their Sunday brunch was open and it was nothing less than amazing.

This is one of my top five BEST dinning experiences ever! My steak was excellent moist and tender. Our service was outstanding! everything was amazing. DO NOT second guess this restaurant if you are looking for the special location for a perfect meal!

The restaurant is situated in a casino but once you enter the restaurant you completely forget that fact. The ambiance, based on where you are seated can be romantic or it can feel a little chaotic if you are stuck in the middle of the aisle. The host is always very professional and kind. The pictures say it all. And that is just a taste of the delectable things they offer. We were with a large party of about 15 and everyone was thrilled. Service was outstanding.
