Always a smile when driving by...... but dont' have a problem. Called with a basement leak on April 20th. location is great, the staff is helpful, pool is nice in the summer...on the downside - the apartment walls are made of paper, be ready to hear your neighbors "get it on."

Staff is wonderful and the location is extreely convenient. Now if only people who live here stop being so hoosier it would be wonderful.

For the price, you can't get any better! All other apartments in St. Charles cost more. You get a basement for storage and the W/D, which is not in any other apartments in the area. The only problem we ever had was crazy neighbors but that is hit and miss with any apartment which you cannot control. The management has never been anything but nice to us and maintenance problems were fixed promptly.
