My major issue with The Steppes is managerial. A few repairs were handled quickly and efficiently, while many others were never addressed for the entire duration of my lease. I had major roof leaks for 9 months and minimal action was taken despite more than 10 maintenance requests. I am still very bitter on this issue and was glad to move.

This is the best place to live if you want peace and quiet. I've lived here for almost 6 years now, I love my apartment and the people that live here are extremely nice. The office staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to help you out. The new maintenance guy is the best!

My stay here has been somewhat better than most places I have been. It is quiet and peaceful. I have been living here a long time and the price has changed little. With the age of the place comes maintenance issues but they are taken care of. I recommend the Steppes to the next person interested in saving a few bucks and enjoying the North West Fort Worth area.

this place is nasty. bad area to live. very rundown, and the laundry room is nasty, not to mention most of the people that live here are insane.
