We were walking around Hayes Valley and entered the restaurant because it looks so welcoming. The staff were very nice, took our name, and told us to return in 20 minutes.
My trout was delicious. My friend had gnocchi, and he liked my trout better. Garlic bread and salads were excellent. Reasonable prices, too.

My family stumbled onto this little restaurant after a long day exploring San Francisco. We had to wait a couple of minutes to be seated, but that was no big deal. The entire place holds about a dozen tables, with most of them for two people. Once seated, we were given a large plate of garlic bread and our drinks...

Yes, this restaurant has a very nice Italian Menu. The food is very delicious and very Italian. Reservations are a must because the café is not very big and they are always in demand. enjoy a nice dinning experience.

Had a nice meal at Stelline before a lecture at the nearby Nourse Theater. Food was fresh, well prepared, fast and with pleasant service. Good wine list. Good place to go for a pleasant meal before a cultural outing at the symphony, opera or Asian Art Museum.

With a friendly staff and extremely hearty portions, Stelline provides a cozy dining experience. The pasta comes with a green salad and garlic bread, and a good house wine is offered by the bottle or the glass. A great place to go before or after a movie on a date because it`s warm without being too intimate and offers good value without being cheap. Stelline focuses on preparing Italian meals....
