They get 1 star for being open when I arrived for my appointment. The doctor is too old to make sense of the paperwork I filled out - and it's THEIR questions!!! The customer service was definitely lacking. I was told that I would be receiving a trial pair of lenses on the day of my exam - no IFS, ands or buts. I told them that I required TORIC lenses, and they told me that all that changed...
