This is the perfect apartment for senior living or those who love peace and quiet. The family areas/common areas are well maintained and maintanence responses in a timing manner. The staff is always courteous and polite and willing to assistance in anyway possible. I've lived in a few apartments around Houston and I have to say this complex is perfect for me. It's small so not a lot of traffic. The pool area is my favorite spot, they have a beautiful place to grill. The staff is great and always easy to get in touch with. I just signed another lease.

I have lived here for nearly 3 years. While maintenance is good and usually in a timely manner, the office staff is HORRIBLE. Rent is sky-rocketing, and for what? For us to live amongst the roaches? Unfortunatly i had to move into a place quick. I came here because i was told that my lease was transferable. Now 6mos later im informed theres no such thing as transfering my lease. The staff obviously knows nothing about there complex. I would never recommend steeplecrest to anyone.

These apartments suck. Maintence doesnt do ----. My washing machine that I pay 25 a month for has been broken for 2 months and I have sent in over 10 requests. But Im still paying for it. The gates are broken, the property is horrible. Drug dealers and ex-cons everywhere not to mention the manager is in on it all. They dont care about the residents and all they care about is the damn rent. DONT...
