I was referred to Steamway by a local decorator; she raved about their ability to handle any problem she sent their way. I had them clean two heirloom oriental rugs and a couple of chairs. I had the rugs cleaned twice before- in Charlottesville and then locally, and Steamway's results surpassed both. The chairs were pretty dirty and both look new. Had my rugs back in 6 days!
