Today, July 2, we had dinner at this Steak and Ale and it was a very exasperating experience which left us with many complaints. 1. We ordered an appetizer and it was delivered with our meal after a lengthy wait. 2. My husband ordered the prime rib which he said was tender and flavorful but dry - they served au jus with it to compensate. 3. I ordered a sirloin pink with no red juice. My steak was under cooked with red juice before it was cut. I told the server (not our waiter) that I had ordered pink with red juice and he said it was not red juice.
