Broken Bathroom Door and Loud Windows

Our bathroom door did not shut and the window was not sealed (fixed just before checking out) butand really loud. If you expect these basic features in a hotel room, please go somewhere else.

Dirty hotel

This hotel is dirty. The main area has not been mopped or vacuumed in days it looks like. The sheets were ripped. The blankets my kids got from the front desk are gross to touch much less sleep under.

Understaffed and unhelpful

Came down a couple of times with issues and the staff was not around and not responsive in a timely fashion. Did provide towels when asked but did not help with broken toilet when asked

The experience was much, much better than the reviews we read. The hotel is about completed with renovating the downstairs and the breakfast was really good. We would stay here again.
