I recently went in to get a few things I needed for a project I'm working on and I will never go back again. The ladies were extremely rude and unhelpful. This isn't the first time I've been here but it will definitely be my last.

UPDATE: 05/26/11 - Susan NEVER followed up on the order, & lied about it shipping! I spoke to her supplier and found out everything Susan said WASN'T true! She put the order on hold and NEVER released it! After talking with her vendor, I KNOW they're being honest w/me! Got my money back & I'm RUNNING that check to the bank just to make sure it doesn't bounce!

This shop has a fantastic collection of kits and patterns as well as all the accessories for any kind of needle craft. It is certainly one of the most complete in the U.S. and anyone interested from beginners to professionals can probably find material to suit them. It also offers a great selection of classes for different levels of skill.
