Loretta is funny and nuttier than a fruitcake, but her company's work is the finest quality I have ever seen. I have been doing business with them for decades and never had a problem. I would never go anywhere else!

2 months since hour plus appt for estimate. 2 phone calls and each time Loretta said she was emailing me the quote or she would call me back and nothing. Flat out lies. Twice!
