The State Theater is definitely an experience- personally, I love the slightly worn lobby and theaters. The sound and picture are never compromised, but there is something to be said to go to a theater that isnt cookie-cutter and Disney-esque. They show first run, independent and classic movies, and the prices are cheaper than any other first-run theaters around.
