Help us make it rightI agree with the patron below. They take the customers money, miss deliveries and then refuse to give a refund. They say they'll issue a credit, which means towards future subscriptions. They they tell you that you can drive to their business and pick up the TV "guide" because they charge extra for that on top of the subscription price. They seem unable to get the newspaper out on time and frequently the paper is useless because we get the paper too late to be of any value. Despite repeated complaints, they seem unable or unwilling to correct the problem. The only redeeming value at this point is the coupon and store sales section.
