Responsive and courteous. Not the cheapest but all else is great.We have a propane tank that we lease from them and they have come out twice to install lines to a generator as well as a stove top. Both times they have been responsive and willing to work with us.

The worst customer service. I ran out of propane on three separate occasions and tried to set up an automatic schedule. They never returned my calls. On every occasion I had to call back several times over several days repeating the same issues. STAY AWAY.

horrid customer service at the office. phone rep was SO rude. I called on delivery that was 2 days late, after being told it would be a next day delivery. attitude of rushing you off phone, not caring what the problem was.. todate still no delivery. Funny thing, while on hold their prompt goes on and on how they value customers, also a voice ansering phone, service is their priority... HORRID...
