I and my fiance' have taken our cars there for various repairs for 2 years, and each time a repair was done, we had to take it back to get it redone. After the 5th such return, we stopped going.
I had my rear brakes done there last year. They failed immediately after leaving the BP. They "fixed them" again and some months later, I had to get the brakes fix AGAIN.
