I can't understand the negative reviews. This has been the State Farm office I have used since my family moved to California in 2002. They have always provided immediate service and help anytime that I need them. They all care about our needs and requests and always seem to go the extra mile for me. I have not met Mr. Rizzo, but Amber, Nicole and Conchetta are the best.

I would agree with the review from 2/23/2013. Customer Service is terrible. They act like they're doing you a favor by answering questions. Like the earlier review, I'm sure better agents can be found close by.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They give you the run around and one agent tells you one thing and another tells you something else! Michael is an arrogant man and you can tell by the way he talks down to you. If you go through State Farm, pick another agent and location!!!!!!
