A certain agent does not take situations into his own hands, will give you rebuttals and excuses instead of answers. No names, but he works at this office. If State Farm makes a mistake, he will tell you anything to divert you and get rid of you. Background story - State Farm made a mistake and marked an accident as ""AT FAULT"" in the main insurance database (that all companies check, it's called CLUE.) This accident was not my fault. After much arguing 6 months ago the Agent finally provided me with a ""Letter of Experience"" proving my right. However he expects me to walk around...
