I have had State Farm Ins for yrs. I have had insurance with you Ted for 29 yrs. I wanted you to know how I have appreciated the excellent sevice you have provided over us over the yrs. I always get a helpful and understanding person?

I do not need an follow-up from you or your staff. Merely a quick note to say hello and thank you and your staff for your leadership, apparant great business model, continued, high-quality service and quality products.

Your group and YOU make a difference, and you have managed to keep my business for more than a few years now (since 1991 or so I think). You get it right consistently and help me (and Mieko) sleep better having the Ted Heaton peace of mind.

BTW: You cannot retire unless you take a few of us with you carrying our insurance 'on-the-side' (:)) I'll carry your bags if...
