Always seems to have something wrong. Pipes broken, AC unit not working, lots of bugs somehow getting in. Whenever the sprinklers come on or it rains, all the grassy areas are flooded thus not giving pets a place to use bathroom.

I have only had a few problems with the staff. They are great overall. However, the neighbors are loud, and the apartment is old and I pay too much for it

When moved out to Austin we didn't expect much from our first apartment at all kind of thought we'd be in a run down place. Absolutely an awful place. Have lived there for 6 months, and am actively looking to get out. Management low-balls rent amount in ads, then sticks you with numerous ""extra fees"", including charging you to receive your monthly bill! Laundry washers/dryers are always in disrepair, and you can't take a shower without being alternately scalded and frozen as water flow varies dramatically minute to minute in the mornings. Once again, just an awful place; please warn your friends.
