I was rather reluctant to write these guys up because, depending on who is behind the counter when you come in, they have some AMAZINGLY talented techs working here.Unfortunately, I feel I was ripped off and then they tried to rip me off  again as in THREE strikes and you are OUT of Luck guys--- apparently thinking I had NOT seen their ad on Spanish-language Television offering FREE DIAGNOSTIC...
