After waiting for hours to get our equipment, we questioned if we would get our device before the store closed--and were physically intimidated and verbally attacked. The worst possible service. Every person with whom I dealt was unhelpful and condescending. All I needed was replacement parts for a CPAP. They acted as if dealing with me was a profound bother. Indeed, they acted like I was a nuisance.
