Help us make it rightSTAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY AND TODD THE SERVICE MANAGE. I hired Stark Heating and Air Conditioning a few years ago to install a Lennox Signature Whole House Air Conditioning and Heating System. The installation and service work performed on this system has turned in to a nightmare for my wife and I. This company has sent out multiple employees to work on the system. Here about a year ago, we had to start paying for the installation and service work. The system leaked water two times on to my ceiling. We had to pay for the repairs both times to the ceiling. The system leaked all of the cooling gas out one time. We were also charged for that leak. We found out that the leak was on a pipe connection that was made when the system was installed. We learned about this problem, after we called out another local company. I can also tell you that the service manager, Todd, is a cheat, dishonest, liar, and a thief. He made us all of these promises about getting the system repaired. Those repairs never happened. STAY AWAY FROM HIRING STARK HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING AND STAY AWAY FROM DEALING WITH TODD THE SERVICE MANAGER!!!!!
Stark has definitely put and amazing installation crew together! We could not have been more pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and work ethic demonstrated by Bob, Joel, Michael, Jorge, and Ricardo. From the moment Bob walked into our townhouse to give us an estimate to replace both a/c units; to Joel overseeing installation of return air vents along with directing the crane's rooftop...
We met Chris at the Dallas Home Show. We were impressed with his knowledge- especially that he had service experience. He was able to answer our questions, address our concerns, and get us the best system for our needs and budget. The installer and his crew did a terrific job.
