Out of all of the Starbucks in Winston-Salem this one seems is consistently good. Other locations quality seems to depend more on the barista, however, I have never had a bad drink at this location.
I am a regular at this location and have always received excellent service and delicious coffee. I highly recommend this location for any Starbucks drinker.
There isn't a ton of seating but they are very efficient and consistent. Parking is fine too. Overall a good bet. Keeps busy most of the time.
