I order my mobile order when walking down the street to the Union 2 building where the Starbucks I'm giving the 2 stars is located. I get into Starbucks and I'm waiting for them to call my name....

Now that you don't have to be a customer the comfortable seats may be taken by non customers who are sleeping in the business.

Ordered oatmeal, OJ, banana. Paid for it, cash. No receipt. Waited 5+ minutes for hot water to go into oatmeal - no oatmeal. Asked where oatmeal was and cashier did not even remember serving us....
