Bad service. I went to the Starbucks at Delmar and Leland today and received hostile treatment from a 20-something barista boy who got my order wrong (twice) and served the person behind me first. I didn't say anything because these things happen, but he was so hostile, angry, unpleasant it was disturbing. Maybe some deeper issues there - he must be a difficult employee! Advice to him: grow up...
