Never had a problem with Starbucks. The one in Pendleton was disappointing. We ordered two bagels waited 15 minutes and they had forgotten our order. When we told them what we wanted they said...

Reliable starbucks. Great coffee. Baristas are competent and can do a pour-over. It is located very near the Oxford Suites Inn, which we enjoyed.

Can always find a seat and read and have a mocha. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I go in many times a month and am always satisfied.
