Based on my experience, the customer service here is great. The employees are friendly and they are helpful. However, the iced drinks like the frappuccinos are not up to par compared to other locations. I'm wondering if maybe they're done too quickly and that's why they don't taste as good, but they could improve their drinking making skills. The hot drinks are nicely done though.
