We just took a cab to this location because they were supposed to be open and near the rest of our evening. They wouldn't let us in and had closed almost an hour early. People kept coming up to the locked doors and trying to get in and the employees wouldn't look up at anyone outside. Hahaha!

Now I know why this Starbucks has the lowest rating. This place is run so unprofessional. The people that work here are soo rude and just look like they're hating it there. They have the biggest attitudes. Management, what are you guys doing? Train your staff!!!!

The Staff here has no knowledge of the beverages they serve. They have no customer service skills. Over charge on beverages and this location always has garbage all over the floor. Trash can by milk and sugar are always to the top. Napkin holder have been broken for the longest. Corporate really needs to pop in here unexpectantly, and get this location in order.

The staff here really lacks class and obviously didn't learn proper manners while growing up. I tried ordering a tea today (Saturday afternoon 3/2/2019 around 3:00 pm) and the young woman behind the register who was purportedly taking my order apparently didn't know what "white tea" was after I repeatedly …

They did a renovation here recently, but honestly, the only thing that needs changing is the employees' attitudes. I have come here on multiple occasions and been shocked at how unfriendly the employees are. Also, the service is slow and often unsatisfactory. Today I ordered a cappuccino and my drink barely made it past the halfway line...
