Starbuck standards are below average. Location, location, location. You would expect differently. What I found as I enter is not what I should have experienced. I saw not an inviting and warm establishment, but pure chaos. Service is impersonal! The coffee shop cleanliness has a lot to be said. An as for the coffee, it is BLAH!
I stop at the Longmeadow Starbucks a few times a month. I prefer the East Longmeadow Starbucks. For some reason there is often a long line at the Longmeadow Starbucks. Not sure if this is an issue of not having enough staff, but it's noticeable. Regardless, I prefer Starbucks over D&D so I will be back.

This Starbucks location is my favorite location in the area. The staff is super friendly and know my order as soon as I walk in. They remember my name and my kids and always make me feel welcome. I've come to know quite a few of the baristas and they tend to stay a long time. Highly recommend.
