I am unsure what it is....have come to expect too much?
Our family visited this Starbucks location and we ordered our "drinks". The barista provided what we asked for...service was "Starbucks"...quick and non-relational.

This is only of my favorite local Starbucks! The environment is spacious and airy and the service is top notch! Coffee is a delight and lots of choices for accompanying treats or yogurt snacks.

Since retired I frequently go to Starbucks in Newton Plaza in Latham. I get my grande coconut mocha macchiato and sit down in the comfortable chair and read. I sometimes get their pumpkin scones or the vanilla bean scones. Both are really good! The employees...
