I shipped a glass pitcher from here and it broke in transit. It was insured so UPS refunded the UPS Store but I have called them numerous times to get the credit back to me and they never call me back. I would not do business with them

The people who work here are very friendly. It can take time while they work up the shipping paperwork or box up an item and they are very good at making friendly conversation while doing it so it is never boring. I have been here a few times and have never had a bad experience. This store also processes USAA bank deposits. I've noticed some UPS Stores cannot do it anymore.

The young man at the counter was very helpful. He seemed to be the only one in the store at the time. He boxed and packaged the shipment for me, printed the label and rang me up. He did a great job. Took about 10 minutes but that is only because I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted to do. While …

Employees are always nice and helpful. I use the store to deposit checks into my bank account and the occassional shipping.
