Went through the drive thru on my way to the mall. Didn't notice that they gave me the wrong drink until after I left so I finished my shopping & went out of my way to drive back to get the RIGHT drink & I don't get offered any compensation? What happened to good customer service??

This Starbucks is awful. As someone who used to manage a Starbucks as well as worked at one for several years the level of customer service, cleanliness, and speediness of the store is ridiculous. They always get the drinks right and they taste really good but this is the slowest drive through I have ever been in four- stars

After couple sips I sucked up a long piece of hair that went half way down my throat. I took the hair out of my mouth and went back to tell the barista what I found. Music too loud.
Staff is always friendly.
Sometimes the restaurant can be overrun with the Eastern European kids. Also as it is in Everett, they occasionally get the crazy transient types.
The lines can be somewhat long sometimes, but usually shorter than the Broadway or Everett Avenue locations.
