Ugh! Something similar happened to me. I was trying to order and the guy knew the woman behind me so they just chatted away and completely ignored me. I was ticked. They didn't value me as a customer or my money. Annoyed and won't be back.

I bought a cappuccino coffee, at the same time a customer behind of me also in line asked the clerk person for a coffee. When it was time for coffee delivering the person didnt say which coffee belonged to which person. So, when I took the cappuccino I thought it was mine consequently the person behind me was yelling strongly at me.
