I am a die-hard fan of Starbucks, even though I know this is a major corporation. When going to a Starbucks, I expect top notch service since it is a major corporation. This location in particular does not have as much seating, which can be a drag when you're eager to get work done. Great staff, but be ready for limited space for seating.
Good location. It has parking which is a super bonus. Orders are accurate. And for the most part, patrons keep to themselves. Nice vibe.
Dark. This place is way too dark. I used to come in the evenings while my daughter is at kungfu, have some tea and try to read a book. Unfortunately, it's just too dog-gone dark. I really don't like the atmosphere, so I go to Panera instead.
Terrible customer service --- this location doesn't come close to the customer service that you expect from Starbucks for $7 cup of coffee. They do have plenty of parking so if you're looking for a place to park, go for it.
