Store semi dirty, trash on floor and bar area filled with trash. One person doing drinks while two others chit chat. One worker working the hot orders. Taking them 20 mins for a mobile order....

Usually when you go to a Starbucks the employees are friendly but tonight I experienced something totally different. The employee Frank is a rude piece of shit and I will be taking this further....
