Wow, sounds like you had a bad experience back in 2009. Don't know much about who was here then, but we wouldn't let such a thing happen now. This place is AWFUL! The manicure and pedicure looked horrible! Honestly I didn't want to pay a penny for my service! Ridiculously priced for the quality of service. I would never go back even if someone paid me. Save your money for somewhere else!!!
