These guys are crooks. Terrible customer service. Terrible equipment. It breaks down all the time, and they put band-aids on it instead of actually fixing the problem. The prices are sky-high, too. My company was working with Star Graphics and they increased the already-high price 15% every year because of the fine print in the contract. Every time I call with a question about contracts...
