Terrible. I opted to use the commercial washers because I had a big load to do. They are $3.75/load, which is about on par with other express or large-load laundromat washers. My first $3.75 was eaten by the machine. I sucked it up and tried another machine. Eaten again. I'm out $7.50 with dirty clothes in-hand, and no attendant on duty. Absolutely horrible, I will never be back.

No chairs to sit in while you wait, machines do not give right amount of water at the right time -my clothes spun bone dry for 10 minutes - i will have to wash again in top loading washer.

Dirty washer - no sign to say do not use

Totally unhelpful staff

I only came here bc it wa closest to work after dentist appt - never again!

This laundromat is just past Marlborough Center at the very start of 2 Main. The signage is towering and there is an ample lot, but it can fill up with people idling and listening to the radio while their clothes wash. There is basic '70s-style plastic seating inside amongst the many rows of washers and dryers. There are no employees here and no TV, radio, Wi-fi or even magazines.
