Absolutely horrible service in the copy and print center. Can only use cash if you put it on to a card. When facing and using there "free" cover page you get charged since its a machine charging you. Will never use their service again due to misleading wording and horrible customer service when their flaws are brought to their attention.

I went in to exchange an item that was defective. The original purchase had $2 off. It took over 15 minutes because they insisted on handling this as a return and another purchase in which they did not want to honor the $2 off so they wanted to charge me $2 more for the exchange.
