i would say probably half of all people coming in here is to print, and i've never had an expedient or anywhere near pleasant experience doing so here. the copy and printing center is always horribly undermanned, and the non-manegerial staff is rarely helpful at all. it seems like everyone who works here couldn't …
Customer service here is usually non existent. I also don't think we've come to a place where putting the change and the receipt on the counter is a way to be with customers. Every time I call this store I have to wait endlessly for someone to pick up the phone. It is so frustrating to hold on forever while their stupid message tells me how much they appreciate my patience.
