Stay away. Unprofessional, talk to their customers like they are bums. Goto the one in Valley Stream.

Worst customer service. Ask for help & the manager just walks away from you. Staples sends misleading email with coupons they never let you use just to get you in the store so they can get you to spend more money. Rewards? What rewards never can use them on anything anyway. A waste of time.

All I wanted was 5 copies. The girl wasn't busy but she insisted that I do self copies, even though I was in a rush and she said the self registration process was long and tedious. It would have taken her no time but she didn't help me and I ended up leaving without my copies. I won't be back. So disappointed, especially since the staples at Gateway has such awesome support staff.
