This Staples is great! I was in a rush to get a program printed, I made a mistake on it and they re printed it for me! They had excellent customer service and we appreciate all they do! Also, thank you Alyssa- you were the one dealing with all my emails and phone calls! Great job, Staples!!

Went there yesterday afternoon to buy a pair of headphones. Waited in the aisle forever before anyone came to help me. (Even then, I practically had to yell across the store.) Then I was told they were out of the headphones being offered. Excruciating.

Worst customer service ever! A key popped off my brand new laptop. One employee asked if I used that key much. CJ the "manager" told me to take it to a computer repair shop. Ridiculous. One short phone call and staples dot com took the computer back.

Horrible customer service!!! Had a return, was made to wait in the regular line. No one was at Customer Service.The cashier was having a problem with my return.
